1. Initial Consultation and Briefing:
- Meeting with the client to understand their needs, budget, target audience, and being presented their brand identity.
- Gather information about the event or exhibition, including specifications, timelines, and any special requirements.
2. Conceptualization and Design:
- Sharing mood-boards
- Develop creative concepts
- Producing design proposals that align with the client’s objectives and brand.
- Presenting 3D renders, or mock-ups to visualize the proposed stand design.
- Collaborate with the client to refine the design and make any necessary adjustments or revisions
- Ensuring desired design outcome is reached
3. Technical Planning and Engineering:
- Conduct internal technical studies to ensure the feasibility and structural integrity of the design.
- Conduct external technical assessment to ensure the feasibility and structural integrity of the location/venue.
- Create detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and construction specifications.
- Consider factors such as materials, lighting, signage, and audiovisual elements.
- Liaising with third party suppliers for technologies and additional project needs
4. Fabrication and Production:
- Source materials and components required for the construction of the structures.
- Partner with trusted suppliers and contractors for special fabrication needs, extensive printing requirements, and special requirements.
- Maintain quality control throughout the production process to ensure the final product meets our production standards.
6. On-Site Installation:
- Collaborate with event organizers and venue staff to coordinate logistics, access, and permits.
- Deploy a skilled team of technicians and craftsmen to oversee the installation of the stands and structures.
- Ensure that all components are assembled according to the design specifications and safety standards.
- Monitoring overall H&S practices during installation
7. Event Execution and Management:
- Provide on-site support and supervision throughout the duration of the event.
- Address any last-minute adjustments or modifications as needed.
- Ensure that the stand effectively engages attendees and achieves the client’s objectives.
- Support additional requirements and requests made by the client onsite
- Document the project and create content for future reference or use
8. Dismantling and Post-Event Wrap-Up:
- Coordinate the dismantling and removal of the stand components following the event.
- Handle disposal or recycling of materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Store various elements and materials that can be reused in the future for the same or alternate purpose
- Conduct a post-event evaluation to gather feedback from the client and assess the project’s success.
